66KV electricity substation near my flat....?

There is a 66kv electricity substation coming up hardly 100 meters from my apartment, facing my flat. I have a small kid. Does it have any negative impact on our general health? Any interruption/distortion of signal of Mobile Phone/ WiMax Broadband Internet/Dish TV services. Inputs from subject mater experts are welcome....Thank you.
