» How long does it take to tighten up? lol?

I know this is an odd question, but i just got out of a relationship and he had a BIG penis, and im afraid that i have gotten a little lose from him....what should i do and how long does it take?it will happen by itself same like after giving birth just give it timeHi, You could try doing kegel exercises as they are great at tightening up the muscles inside you, they can help against incontinence, pelvic prolapse and improve sex. The best way to find your pelvis muscles is by going to the toilet when you need to pee and letting a little out but then stopping it mid-flow. You will feel a squeeze and voila! You have identified where your pelvic muscles lie. Now that you know where they are you can begin exercising them so here are a ...... - 2008-12-18

Thanks for posting the vid, Scott. BTW, Zoso, many of us who believe in Intelligent Design (God) do not see global warming (and man's part in contributing to it/causing it) as mutually exclusive.:)Funny Global Warming is brought up, another subject one dare not publicy dispute. » Enoding problems

Hi all, I've been fighting this problem for 2 months now, and I can't get to a solution. My application is in spanish language, therefore, users may input spaceial characters, such as á,é,í,ú,ñ etc. The main problem is that when the form submits an input that contains a character of the mentioned ones (for example, á), it gets to the server as a symbol like this 'A°@' I tried setting the response, pages, htmls, everything, to UTF-8. I am using JAVA. Already tried , , and any variation of this. I have run out of ideas... Did anyone make the encoding work? Is there a way to set the header of the response in extjs BEFORE it submits the information? Thanks in advance... Mariano...... - 2008-12-18

» Don't Catholics pray "in the name of Jesus"?

I'm asking this after reading this question: http://ca.answers.yahoo.com/question/ind... I'm wondering, don't Catholics also end prayers with "in the name of Jesus", or "in Jesus' name"? If not, why don't they? They pray "in the name of the Father, Son and Holy Spirit".Not just with Catholics, it is routine to end prayers with "in the name of Jesus". In John 14 along with his instructions, the 13th verse says, "And whatsoever ye shall ask in my name, that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son." and again in John 16:23 "And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you." This is what Jesus tells ...... - 2008-12-18

This is good for the citizens of both.I have lived in both and I choose America over Canada any day even though I like Canada. I go there every year.It depends where your from. US citizens Love the USA and Canadian citizens Love Canada. What is Better? It all depends on which one you live in. If you live in the USA it is your home and you should like it better. If you live in Canada there is nothing wrong with thinking Canada is better since you live there. It is all a matter of perception.Like you need to even ask? USA, USA, USA, USA!!!! • (2002). ACOG Committee Opinion: Number 275, September 2002. Obstetric management of patients with spinal cord injuries. Obstet Gynecol 100:625-7. Summary: Effective rehabilitation and modern reproductive technology may increase the number of women considering pregnancy who have spinal cord injuries (SCIs). It is important that obstetricians caring for these patients are aware of the specific problems related to SCIs. Autonomic dysreflexia is the most significant medical complication seen in women with SCIs, and precautions should be taken to avoid stimuli that can lead to this potentially fatal syndrome. Women with SCIs may give birth vaginally, but when cesarean delivery is indicated, adequate anesthesia (spinal or epidural if possible)...... - 2008-12-18

how many times do you have to dye your hair before u lose all of your natural oil??Honestly Never. You will always have natural oil in your hair. If you want to cut the oil in your hair down what you can do is use less conditioner or only use it every other day.You never loose the natural oils in your scalp. These are always flowing in as long as the roots and follicles are healthy. The hair might seem dry due to the shaft and ends being exposed to too many chemicals, but if you notice, the roots always flow in beautifully no matter how damaged the ends are (Of course, excluding people with alopecia or scalp conditions) You just need to worry about conditioning the parts of your hair that have been exposed to chemicals, and if drynes...... - 2008-12-18

Is every month taking him to the groomer to much?If your dog doesnt smell bad then dont give it a bath.Overbathing can cause dry skin.Dogs like labs and other water dogs should be bathed only when needed, they have an oil that helps shed water and shampoo will break it down.I think taking him to the groomer once a month is enough in the winter. In the summer he may need to go twice a month. Check with the groomer but please remember that dogs skin can get just a dry as ours. If he is a short hair he will not need much grooming. If I don't list your situation please, tell me what it is. I am very curious how common I am in "our world". I have absolutely no sensation of anything below my injury level. One day at a time...The good news is that I have return of complete sensation in my hands and arms. And it's really good [almost normal] a few levels below injury on my body. I am 15, i turned 15 in late july. i am 5'6", and i weigh 158 pounds, and I am concerned about my penis size. When flaccid, can reach 3 inches, but it normally is shriveled up into 2 inches, which makes me very self-concious of myself. My erect penis can range from 4-5 inches, but 4-4.5 inches is more common. It is 1.25 inch wide, and it is 4.5 inches around. I think its really small, which is why I don't go for girls, in fear of rejection and humiliation. I have many friends who are girls, so I could get the relationship part down, but I don't have enough confidence in myself because of my shortcomings. If obama wins Indiana tonight, is there a chance that Clinton will drop out the race?Little to none. Anyone that has the Democratic party and the best interest in the country would have done so long ago. There is a way for Clinton to win the nomination. First, FL and MI would have to be seated in a way that resembles the actual results. She won 55% of FL to Obamaâ ™s 35% and 50% of MI compared to 0% for Obama. This is for about 350 delegates and could almost wipe out his lead in one swoop. Then, and I do not understand why no one is covering this, she convinces the superdelegates to vote for her. They've gotten much stronger in the last month or two (probably due to Kao surgery/ decompression / untethering... and/or exercise.) Since I've been spending so much time working my lower body, I also feel a lot more sensation in my quads... they seem to burn after I do my exercises... like the muscles have been worked. If you’ve got a 6th-generation iPod (iPod touch, iPod nano, iPod classic) an iPhone, a Zune or some other players, one of the things you probably want to do is put movies on it. After all, movies really do look great on the iPod, and it’s a lot easier to carry around than a laptop or portable DVD player. The problem is that commercial DVDs are copy-protected, which means you can’t “rip” them in iTunes as you can a music CD. So you need a special tool that removes this copy protection as it extracts the video content; if that tool can then convert the video to a format suitable for playback on your iPod, iPhone or other players, even better. • Abedin KJ, Papadopoulos D, Dexter DT and Reynolds R (2002). Oxidative DNA damage in the spinal cord in multiple sclerosis. Neuropathol Appl Neurobiol. 28 (2): 168. Summary: INTRODUCTION: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic inflammatory disease of the central nervous system characterized by multifocal demyelination and axonal loss. In addition to the role of the immune response in targeting oligodendrocytes and myelin in MS lesions, the extensive inflammatory infiltration is likely to lead to free radical production and oxidative damage to both oligodendrocytes/myelin and neurons. In this study we investigated the extent of free radical damage to DNA in postmortem MS spinal cord. MATERIALS AND METHODS: Serial 10 &mgr;m tissue sections we...... - 2008-12-18

» Unbearable pain

Nick has been prescribed Neurontin for neuropathic pain in his feet. They also gave him Clonidine for his blood pressure. Ativan also for pain. He is not taking the Ativan because he doesn't want to have problems with addiction later on. He has been taking the Neurotin and it does not seem to ease the pain. Night time is worse. If the Neurontin dulls a bit the pain, it will sharpen in about an hour. He has told me he is now drinking because he thinks it will dull it a bit more. It is so hard to watch him as he wrestles with the pain but even if he wakes me, I prefer to be aware of what is going on. The problem also is that he can't get a follow up with his doctor for some of the other dx until January. His neuro dr will be s...... - 2008-12-18

» Who here is a closet atheist ? One who hides behind religion but knows the truth . Why keep the secret ?

Sorry , don't want someone to reveal their nature over their demenor if they don't want .Wow. THat's a really good question. I live in a majorly religious Christian family. I can't say anything or else they would throw me out or send me to counseling b/c they'd be afraid I was going to hell or something. I don't necessarily say it's all fake, because there is some truth behind all religions, but I don't agree with a lot of things that the Bible has to say. I just don't believe it that much anymore. I learned to think for myself and everything started to make more sense. Lots of people believe what they are taught and that's not good. If you believe in something, don't believe it just be...... - 2008-12-18

» Sextus Empiricus: did he go live in solitary in a cave at the end of his life?

Hi. I am hoping some people can help me with some clarifications about Sextus Empiricus. I remember that my teacher in college told me that, as a result of his extreme skepticism, he went to live in solitary in a cave. In the sense that, after much deliberation, he decided that he could know nothing for certain, and thus renounced all action. I am now writing a book and would like to use this example to illustrate a point, but after Googling Sextus Empiricus I can find no references to this facet of his life, but some sites do say that not much about his life is known. Therefore I am hoping if someone could shed light on this facet of Sextus' life. Might it just be a myth? Thanks in advance.I do not beleive so. He certainly went into m...... - 2008-12-18

» How do I dress for Michigan winters?

I'm a Texas transplant and have had trouble dressing properly for the winters here the last couple of years. I walk and take the bus primarily so I am out in the elements quite a bit. I usually wear boots, warm socks, a hat, a scarf, jeans (and sometimes long underwear if it's below zero), and a decent Columbia ski jacket. My problem isn't really staying warm during the walk - I have ample gear for that - it's trying to not melt when I get to work or class. To be comfortable in the 78 degree classrooms, I'd have to take almost all my layers off, then put them all back on. There's got to be an easier solution. Any suggestions? i would dress warmfewer layers get a nice parka and a hat....... - 2008-12-18

» If Brazil can achieve energy independence why can't the U.S.?

Brazil has attained energy independence. The major basis of their independence is ethanol derived from sugar cane. In the U.S. we can't seem to get ethanol off the ground. What is going to take? Do we need government mandates for use of ethanol or some other product? Do we need government investment to make ethanol happen? Do we need to raise taxes on gasoline to make it more expensive than ethanol to force more interest in ethanol or other products? I think it may be some of all of those. Why couldn't we emulate Brazil's model and use sugar cane to make alcohol? Sugar cane requires a wet tropical environment, I think. Couldn't we grow it in the wet lands of the Gulf states? Could sugar can also act as a storm surge buff...... - 2008-12-18

» Neighbor sexually harassed on phone.?

My neighbor is being sexually harassed on the phone. She's been calling by this strange guy whose calls are always private and talks to her sexually. I'm scared about her. She's already called the police. Her option was to change her number, but she doesn't want to cause problems. Please, is there anything else she can do?Years ago we had to do call tracing because someone kept harassing us. The police gave us a phone number and after every time this person called we dialed the number and had them trace the last call. This was years ago so I don't know if they still do that or not. Verizon's website says that you dial *57 for call tracing. Also she can have your phone set up through the phone company to NOT ...... - 2008-12-18

» C++ Inheritance and array of derived objects?

Is there a way to declare a single array / vector of a base class and add derived objects to it, allowing them to use the derived methods? For example if I have base class Base, with 2 properties and a method called calculate and two derivatives DerivA and DerivB both with different calculate methods. I then declare an array in my main method and add derivatives. Base* myarray[10]; myarray[0] = new DerivA(1,2); myarray[1] = new DerivB(1,2); when I call myarray[0]->calculate(); it calls the calculate method from the base class and ignores what is in the base classes. I really don't want to look at it but I do it anyways is this normal? Do guys notice when a girl looks down there?Wow..cooky54 stop being so preachy and quick to judge others. I'm pretty sure you're not perfect. Anyway, It's not necessarily a bad thing, but I like what someone else said about feeding their egos. It may lead to that, but it's hard to ignore sometimes especially when they sit with their legs wide open, and now a days, alot of guys walk around holding their crotch like it's going to fall from underneath them or something! Is there any way at all that I can make money online without having to first spend some? Please don't say sell my computer, since its so old, it wouldn't fetch $25 for scrap Consider selling some of your unwanted belongings on Ebay. Everybody has something in their basement they haven't used for years. If it's still in good shape it can fetch a good price. I am wondering why your daughter took your bus tickets and your change. "SHES A MOLE SO I HATE HER" How can I get her to GO AWAY!She may be jealous or not jealous of you, but the reason for her bullying is to get sense of over powering. » pain at injury level

I am hoping one of the nurses can shed some light on this for me. Is it normal after almost six years of a SCI to all at once have terrible pain at the level of my lesion? It started about two weeks ago with unusual swelling in both my legs, right around the ankle. The area where I was injured slowly became sore. Then when I woke up today it has become sharp and is extremely sore. I do not live in an area where many of the doctors know much about SCI. Whenever I have something serious I have to go to San Antonio which is about 4 hours away. If one of the nurses has any ideas as to what could be causing this I would appreciate their thoughts. Thanks in advance!!!bump for sci nurseI've been a T-5 for 26 years. And have had many kidney...... - 2008-12-18

» Drug Interaction between Fosamax and Ditropan

I've been taking fosamax for several years now. Recently, I started taking ditropan. It's working well for me, but I noticed there's a Drug Interaction warning on the Ditropan pamplet. It doesn't state what the interaction is - only that I should "tell my doctor...of prescription medication ... especailly bisphosphonate drugs (e.g., alendronate...)" Or, in other words, Fosamax. My doctor knows I'm taking Fosamax but prescribed Ditropan anyway. So, I'm not sure if he's aware of the interaction. I tried to look it up but could only find something relating to absortion of the fosamax. Since I only take Fosamax once a week, I thought maybe I could just skip the Ditropan on those days... or wait and take it in the evening. Any suggesti...... - 2008-12-18
